Great Taste, High Quality and worth the price! This surprised me in the best way. The taste is excellent, easily one of the best-tasting hydration/brain products I've had. I felt noticeably sharper and more dialed in after the first scoop, and ended up taking a second because it felt so good. I recently cut caffeine, so finding something that helps with focus and energy without stimulants has been huge. This fits perfectly... Looking forward to trying the Blue Raspberry flavor next.

I can honestly say this product does what it claims and possibly more! I got the strawberry kiwi lemonade flavor and I was pleasantly surprised by the yummy taste, it is slightly tart but also sweet, but not overly sugary or syrupy. I feel like it definitely gave me a boost of energy in the afternoon but not a jittery caffeine one, it was subtle and just kept me going thru that mid afternoon slump I usually get. As for the brain fuel part, I do feel like it helped me feel more focused and alert which is amazing since I suffered some complications from a surgery that left me with some short-term memory problems, and some challenges with my multitasking. I feel like this leaves me feeling more alert and focused, which I think is really helping. I plan to continue taking the Lithios Brain Fuel and enjoying the positive benefits.

This product is amazing,I love my brain fuel + hydration. I am 63 years young and as a landscape contractor it gives me good stable energy to be back working on the jobsite all day (and landscape construction is not easy work) plus still having enough energy and clarity to do my paperwork in the evening.
