Refund policy

At Lithios Beverages we genuinely care about our customers and stand behind the quality of our products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at store@drinklithios.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the claim and work to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Due to the consumable nature of nutritional products, opened items are final sale and cannot be returned for safety and quality control reasons.

Unopened and unused products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost
• Lithios reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or abuse
