Shipping Timeframes
International delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, or other factors outside our control. Typical delivery ranges from 7–25 business days, but may extend during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures

  • Local postal service delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or carrier disruptions

  • Import regulations in the destination country

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in delays, return, or disposal of the shipment by local authorities.


Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

All international orders include tracking. Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation.

Due to health, safety, and quality control regulations, all beverage products are final sale and cannot be returned once shipped.

We cannot accept returns of consumable goods, including but not limited to:

  • Drink powders

  • Beverages and supplements

  • Sachets or packets

  • Opened or unopened food items
